General Information
To reset your password, click on “Forgot my password?” link on the log-in page, enter your e-mail address then press Recover. We will send you an e-mail with instructions on how to update your password.
Once an Order has been processed and shipped, you will no longer have the option to cancel. You may only cancel your order within 24hours of placement.
We currently do not offer gift receipts for online purchases.
We process every order with extra care. But if your order is received incomplete, please reach out to one of our customer service representative on the same day it's delivered. We will then process and cover all shipping cost for it.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After that, you will receive an email notifying you that it’s on its way. For turn-around time questions, please refer to our Shipping Policies section.
No. Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes to the address. So please make sure that you check all delivery information before placing your order.

Returns, Exchange & Refunds
Yes! Just follow our Return Process and we’ll get that taken care of. Once your request is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
You can find your order number in the following:
Email - An email that includes a summary of your order along with the order number is sent to you each time you complete a purchase.
Packing slip - When you receive your order, don’t throw your packing slip just yet, as this can help us during scenarios like this. It will contain all your order information which includes the order number
White Horse Account - Alternatively, you may log on to your White Horse account to locate the order from your order history.
If approved, then your return will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 - 25 business days.
We have made the decision to remove shipping labels from our orders. Please follow our return process if you wish to return an item(s).

Yes. To download your Invoice please log onto your White Horse Active Account, select your order, and download your invoice.
